I would like to edit this text:

"An email with information on how to activate your account was sent to the email address you provided."

and add some more text.

The text stated above will pop up when new users finished the registration. I would like to add some more text but I cannot find it where to customize it. I hope you can able to help.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
