For the past 30 minutes or so I've used the search option to find my exact problem, which by the way, seems to be pretty common.

Quote
Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.

I couldn't exactly find an answer to my question, I was hoping through the searching of other people's problems I would stumble upon my answer, and leave it at that, but no such luck for me.
I debugged, and edited my 'groups' control panel to the documents instructions, and the quoted error above, is what happened upon HTTP uploading.
I already looked in my config, to see if my Max width or height of an intermediate picture/video was set at 1, nope, it's already at 400. All my files/folder are set at 777 permission in my FTP.
I went ahead and made whoever wants to help me out an admin user account

I believe I've included everything necessary, thank you in advance for your help.
