Batch upload files problem

I'm not sure why some batch uploaded files work but others do not? If you open the album in batch upload on the actual gallery either it displays nothing in the album or if there is and you click ok to go forward a step it says something along the lines of 'no new files found'.

Do exactly as suggested in the docs, section "asking for support on upload issues".
