I hadn't seen this particular error and I asked a couple of people and my host and no one knew what the issue was.  I run many coppermine galleries on the same server, but this was the only site with an issue.  If anyone could help, that'd be great

You haven't see the error message

mySQL error: Got error 28 from storage engine

when searching this board? That's funny. I get 11 threads of search results when searching for "Got error 28 from storage engine", and all of those threads explain what you need to do: ask your webhost for support, as there is something wrong with your server, not with coppermine.
In the future, don't post debug_output unless requested.
