[Solved]: Files uploading but not viewable

Hello
Ive used Coppermine on quite a few sites but am having this problem with a new site.
Ive installed okay and set permissions.
I created an album and uploaded a file, okay till this point. pic shows as an X when placing in album
debug message is
/include/picmgmt.inc.php
Notice line 205: Undefined index: OS
Warning line 225: unlink(./albums/edit/preview_398c825b.JPG) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory
/include/functions.inc.php
Notice line 2688: Undefined variable: i

What do I need to do?
