what is coppremine folder?

it's the directory who are coppermine files on your server. If you have uploaded the coppermine files directly in the root directory(it mean you access on your gallery direct via a url like this http://www.yoursite.tld"), the link is http://www.yoursite.tld/pluginmgr.php"
