L'unica osservazione rilevante è che fopen è disabilitato sul tuo server, quindi versioncheck non funziona...problemi concreti?

Nient'altro.
avevo un errore del tipo "C'è stato un errore processando una query al database" aprendo le immagini nella dimensione massima dopo sovrascritto il file coppermine.inc.php da http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,51935.0.html
Poi mi sono accorto che dovevo aggiornare attraverso il ModPack di Stramm.
