Spam Comments Problem

HI
iam having this problem.IAM GETTING TO MANY SPAM COMMENTS ON MY SITE.how can stop this.i also did disable this option still but iam getting commnets in my comments section.the commnets do not stop they keep on coming .

...and hundreds of similar threads. In the future, please search before posting. Searching for "comment spam" would have lead to the results in no time ::)
