I have completely replaced all of the original Coppermine files with the modified ones.
I've run update.php, with no errors.

I went to the Admin panel to see the new changes but everything looks the same.  The "Image Watermarks" section is not there.  There is no "Modded by Stramm" in the footer.

It's as if the changes were never made.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
