I am just a college student, but I have been working with coppermine for a little over a year. I know a good bit about site integration and have the examples to prove it.

See two recent examples:
www.tapearound.com/pictures

and
www.medialeake.com/pictures

Note how well the galleries go with the rest of the page including updated themes, new color schemes, new images, new buttons, headers, footers, navigation, etc.

I also have bridged coppermine with several other tools--see the tapearound.com example to see coppermine bridged with phpbb.

I really enjoy doing this and will at least look at anything you need.

PM or respond to this thread if you need something done! We'll discuss price/payment once I understand what you need done.  No worries, I don't expect to be paid at a professional rate. :)

I look forward to being able to help,
Daniel Leake

Hi Leaker, love the duct tape pics!

I need someone to help me get started with setting up coppermine on my site. I'm not completely techno-stooopid but those "directions" for set up read like a NASA flight checklist and made my head explode.... ???

I run zencart and would like the CM template to have the same header as the rest of my pages but run the pictures of my ceramics as a slide show. I don't know if it's possible to integrate it actually INTO my zencart or not. I'm happy with just having a link through to the slideshow to pop up as a separate page and can make my own little banner/button for that.

I'm thinking that this job will (hopefully) take under an hour of your time and pretty easy for you so all I need to know is your fee. I was very impressed by what you did with the other sites you referenced.

Let me know asap if you're still available. I'd like to get this done and some new pics up and going. Thanks!

No problem.  I haven't worked a lot with zencart, but I believe integration shouldn't be difficult.  How does $10 sound--if I get it done.  If I can't do it, you don't pay anything.  Lemme know what you think, and how you want to send the files to work with to me.

Look forward to being able to help!

Wow, that's a deal Daniel! But to be fair, if you can only set up the header on the CPM page to look like the rest of my site, I'll be very happy. So no worries if we run into a wall with integrating it into the site, I'll can set up a link to the page instead.

So now what? Do I contact you off list to get started? Also, I've started uploading pics and doing the captions etc. Is that going to make things more complicated for you or can I keep going? Oh and sorry to be a little clueless here but you'll have to tell me what files I need to send you.  :-[

I'd love to have someone to fix my theme as well since I'm about to switch to stamms modpack.

Current CPG+SMF1.1.5 bridge:  http://foxbox.cc/gallery/
My wish list:
Theme fix to Fg:.:Zm theme (SMF) lookalike // or iPhone style (black and shiny but minimalistic)
YouTube player and upload* integration.
FlashVideo Player integration.
Static link to files in the address bar
Avatars in comments and up -loaders name + Avatar+PM-link under files (use SMF avatar settings)

Yes, there are how-to’s here and I already integrate them into my current CPG but:
The FlashPlayer mod broke the “edit comment” function and the avatar mod doesn’t work with SMF 1.1.5 anymore and I can’t see nor fix the problem.

I am interested in get a quote for a paid Coppermine amend. I am happy to pay out of my own pocket but must say from the outset that this for a charity african schools education project so I'm trying to keep things to a reasonably low budget. You can see my original post of 24 September - I now know/where to make the larger text field amends myself so this is not required.

**** BUT  ****   I need  a drop down select box (Country list) in user_profile3 - set up as
cpg14x_users [FIELD] user_profile3 ="Country"

I will need also need all amends clearly marked or documented.

If you have no objection I would like to post  amends back onto the support forum to help the community - but that is up to you.

I am quite able to re-insert code. I have nothing to show yet - as I'm doing things on my local host - but you could use the latest Coppermine 1.4.19 version. Its pointless me setting it up live and you having to FTP it.

PM me if you are interested.  Oh yes - one last thing my deadline is 6 October ...!!

I found this - I wondered if it was altered to a select field

[C:\xampp\htdocs\coppermine\register.php]

Line 115 :         case 'radio' :
Line 116 :             // added the radio option for possible future use.
The array definition would have to look like this:
Line 117 :             // array('radio', 'user_var', 'Text label', 'option
1','option 2'),
Line 130 :                 <input type="radio" name="{$element[1]}"
id="{$element[1]}1" value="{$element[3]}" class="radio" /><label
for="{$element[1]}1" class="clickable_option">{$element[3]}</label>
Line 130 :                 <input type="radio" name="{$element[1]}"
id="{$element[1]}1" value="{$element[3]}" class="radio" /><label
for="{$element[1]}1" class="clickable_option">{$element[3]}</label>
Line 131 :                 <input type="radio" name="{$element[1]}"
id="{$element[1]}2" value="{$element[4]}" class="radio" /><label
for="{$element[1]}2" class="clickable_option">{$element[4]}</label>
Line 131 :                 <input type="radio" name="{$element[1]}"
id="{$element[1]}2" value="{$element[4]}" class="radio" /><label
for="{$element[1]}2" class="clickable_option">{$element[4]}</label>

[C:\xampp\htdocs\coppermine\usermgr.php]

Line 648 :                     <input type="radio" id="yes"
name="{$element[1]}" value="YES" $yes_selected /><label for="yes"
class="clickable_option">$lang_yes</label>
Line 650 :                     <input type="radio" id="no"
name="{$element[1]}" value="NO" $no_selected /><label for="no"
class="clickable_option">$lang_no</label>

and changes would be needed in profile.php?
