I know I've got the flu, but am I missing stuff?

1. When having a picture maximized, why can't I reset it to the previous size?

Opera : movies won't play in either setting
Works fine here in Opera under Windows and Linux. Most probably a configuration issue on the client systems. Check if other flash files work correctly.

Optical gimmick. It is meant to work only in certain browsers, because some of them (e. g. IE6) have animation performance issues when using custom mouse cursors. Opera doesn't support this style declaration at all, that's absolutely correct. You're a wise man.

Because it does not make sense to do it. If you want both kinds to be available to the visitor, the only reason for intermediate sized files is to avoid loading the full size pic. Once the big one is loaded, there's absolutely no need for an intermediate sized file anymore.

Guess you're right.
Plugin is installed (via yum-repos) but doesn't work indeed.
I use Opera mearely to test normal pages :)

To bad. I wanted to put the pictures of my schoolclasses online and annotate the heads of the people on it.

Hi...
A very good job.
I used a little coppermine.
Now I would like to have my own gallery, so I'm checking plugins, and I'm trying to learn about coppermine.
My know how on PHP and other related with Web is very poor, so I have to ask here.

If I use EnlargeIT, I'm unable to vote, comment and so on when a picture is enlarged.
The button show me that the page enl_info.php?pid=202&enl_img=sliderpic28clone&enl_rndit=1511 is not found.

Do I have to install or configure something else?
Tnx

I've been looking for a way to add the caption beneath the picture, but can't find it.

What file is opened when you click an image?
codebase.php?
enlargeit.js?
or one of the enl_*.php files in the root?

I just don't seem able to locate the first 'page'.

(and I don't understand js and ajax ;))

The original EnlargeIt! javascript is not designed to display the caption beneath the picture, so you'll probably find yourself having a very hard time realizing this. Sorry - not possible out of the box.

Hi there, first off, this is plugin is so sweet, its the best I have come across but at some point it interferes with my statistics....
I use this plugin together with the slider and i also use http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,23945.0.html the Detailed Statistics Mod.

I found that the button to the statistics gives a blanc screen if the EnlargeIt is activated. When I deactivate it for admin it works when I am logged in. I can live with that, but the real problem lies in the fact that when you click on a foto through the slider or anywhere else the coppermine counter does count it, but will not be shown in the Last viewed pictures (display_thumbnails('lasthits', $cat, 1, $CONFIG['thumbcols'], 3, true);)
Also the view count does not add up.
If I disable EnlargeIt for guests also the standard picture viewer from Coppermine is back and when clicked on a picture it is also shown in Last viewed pictures. But I offcourse would like to use the EnlargeIT instead of the standard viewer since it so much better, and you get even the slider in categories.

So is it possible to have the last viewed pictures and the view count also to record the pictures that are shown through EnlargeIT ?

Thanks
Cath

It is not possible for me to release something like this plugin and make it work together with any other plugin or even thousands of available mods.
If it works with certain mods: Fine.
If not: Decide what's more important for you, and either undo the mod, or uninstall EnlargeIt!

Understandable, I would choose for EnlargeIt, no doubt, but just to make sure, after some checking I believe the things I mentioned are standard things from CPG, I only use the mod to produce a better view of the statistics.
Maybe I am wrong, since I dont know so much of CPG  :-[ Can you let me know if the viewcount of pictures is working with you when using the EnlargeIt view? (if so than I have to remove some modification) .
I believe the same would apply for the last viewed pictures.
Thanks

View count works for me as expected. The standard view counter only works for users, not for admins.

Hello, I hope this is the right place to post a problem. First, let me tell you that this plugin is great, brings fresh air to my old photo gallery! And the problem...

Installation and operation is fine, except that when I enable the slider or/and imageflow plugins, I cannot browser user categories anymore. I get the "There was an error while processing a database query" error. But the slider/imageflow and enlargeit work fine in the first page. Could you please help??? I use the 2.14 version with the included plugins.

Thanks in advance, I hope there's a solution...

gallery is at http://entefktirio08.codepoets.gr but it gives the error I mentioned if you log in as a guest or registered user. So I could only give you an admin pass. But how?

If you trust me, send me admin data to your gallery via PM, I'll have a look at it and try to find the bug.

Ok, done that. I have also made this little progress: The debug msg is:

Code: [Select]
There was an error while processing a database query.

While executing query "SELECT * FROM cpg14x_pictures AS p WHERE filename like '%.jpg' AND filename not like 'youtube_%' AND approved = 'YES'  AND cpg14x_pictures.aid IN (4,5,6,7,8,9,13,14,15,17,18,26,21,22,23,24,25)  ORDER BY RAND() LIMIT 16" on 0

mySQL error: Unknown column 'cpg14x_pictures.aid' in 'where clause'

File: /var/www/vhosts/codepoets.gr/subdomains/entefktirio08/httpdocs/include/functions.inc.php - Line: 250

and if I open the relevant codebase.php for the slider plugin, I notice the code:

Code: [Select]
$slider_query = "SELECT * FROM {$CONFIG['TABLE_PICTURES']} AS p WHERE filename like '%.jpg' AND filename not like 'youtube_%' AND approved = 'YES' $slider_FORBIDDEN_SET $META_ALBUM_SET ORDER BY RAND() LIMIT $sliderlimit";
which means that the
Code: [Select]
$slider_FORBIDDEN_SET $META_ALBUM_SET is causing trouble...

Did this help at all???
