There is no support on the feature requests board as suggested in the sticky thread "NO SUPPORT in FEATURE REQUESTS". In other words: you shouldn't have chosen the feature requests board to ask for support. Post on the support board, that's what it is there for. Also don't send PMs to devs/supporters - you agreed respect this board rule when you signed up. I understand that it can be difficult for you if your language skills are not adequate; you might want to check the language specific sub-boards - maybe your language is among the languages that are being supported, so you can post your question in your language. Additionally, you might ask a friend for help when dealing with this forum who has better language skills.
