Hi I am getting a lot of spam text posts in my coppermine gallery and its the same guy doing it. I ban his name and he just signs up again under a diff name and diff email address. Is there a way to log his IP and ban that or is there any other way to stop this guy from posting this spam under the pics that other people post

Or you can use a captcha if it is a bot.
I think it is a bot because the most people don't want to have so much work with adding comments

does it not show his IP next to every comment he makes? copy that and add it to the IP ban list.

You can look at the plugins there is a wonderfull plugin called Coppermine Captcha 3 or something like taht
