[Solved]: Thumbs in better quailty

Hello I was wondering, how can I change the thumbs in better quality?

I wanted them in good quality like this one: http://oh-lily.org/photos
So I asked the owner for the Amount, Radius and Threshold. I've changed
it but it seems it doesn't work. This is the quality I get:
