Can't upload pictures after virus.

There was a virus on the site,
I deleted it, and made a back up of the gallery.
But I can't upload pictures anymore,
if I do it with ftp there come red X's.
And if I do it one for one, it says that it's failed.

Not everything works, but we're bussy with that.
