Hello
My gallery was hacked. I've cleanned it (like you advise to do) but I stil can't upload pictures. It doesn't show any problem while uploading but when I uploaded the pics they are not in the gallery  What should I do to fix it?

Do exactly as suggested in the docs, sections "upload troubleshooting" and "asking for support on upload issues". The hack compromises some config options (as explained in the sanitization thread) that you need to review and fix.

I did everything as was written there and came out this error:

The file 'albums/userpics/10003/52kali~7.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.

No, you did not. Read the section "asking for support on upload issues" once more and do as suggested there. Failing to do so will result in us not being able to support you.
