all I want from this script is

1 can support bulk uploading/ zip folders etc
2 search engine friendly ( I noticed that some are not  >? )
3 users can upload pictures adding to content /categories / then pictures approved by admin /
4 have the multi level categories up to 4
I.e. wall paper / celebrities / female / Jordan
5 work as part of the existing site 
6 flexible to blend in with the existing site ( I have a guy now working on uniformed template for the scripts in one interface and polishing the graphics and banners in it
7 supports Arabic and can users switch language as well

the whole thing is adsence oriented and traffic volume is the core in here
if a user is looking for a picture in a library with 10 000 pics it shouldn’t take him more than a couple of clicks , and if he like to share some of his content it gives him the tool to do so

am not sure if standard installation deliver that but that’s what am looking for

Coppermine already has got several of the features you request out of the box. I'm almost certain that you won't get positive feedback from potential takers of the job offer with so little information and vague description.
