[Closed]: Major Hacking issues with Coppermine

A lot of us at fan-sites.org are being hacked in our galleries at first the thought was those with an old version are only being hacked then I saw one of mine were hacked as well and is at the current version of coppermine. Any ideas on what could be the issue or how to prevent it, much appreciated on any thoughts.
