Trouble with uploaded images

Hi, I can upload images without troubles, but the problem is that the images dont show any preview or the complete imagen on the album, the Coopermine software upload the file but dont show it in the entire website.. Why that??

How we can solve that?? all files and folders have the permissions... in 777

I haved attached an image..!
