[Solved]: plug-ins disappeared!

I tried to find a relevant topic but didn't see one right off so I wanted to post this up
my gallery was running fine, with shopping cart and the bbcode plugins working fine, until I tried to change something and somehow they both disappeared, they're not even in my plugin list, but if I try to re-upload them they still don't show up.

I'm sure it's a simple fix but I can't find it, so any help would be appreciated!

i'm an idiot, you can delete this!!!

(i turned plugins off in the config)
