I have recently installed the CPQ 1.416 on my site, it was a new install.  I have been get this error message randomly and not in any particular place.  I can go from config and hit home and get the error, I have been looking at a photo, intermediate image then go home and get the error, as well as from other places in the program.  I may see this message every other day so it is not consistent but it is effecting my site.  I have made not changes to the site or added any code.  I do use a couple of the plugins from the approved downloads, but that is it.  Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

Enable debug mode in config and post the mysql error message you get next time you see the error.

(PS. It's affecting, not effecting).

Thank you, I have debug enabled. Hopefully it will provide some insight into what is affecting my site.
