Website Timeouts
« on: March 06, 2008, 07:16:41 am »

This problem has been occuring quite a number of times in the past week or so..

Every time a user clicks on the next page or clicks around and views few pictures, the entire website seems to block the user from accessing any other pages on the gallery and website. It locks the user out for sometimes an hour or two.. Other users can still view the gallery and other pages on our site

This only happens with the links in the gallery and I'm curious if this is a problem related to the gallery or our server itself..

Ask you webhost for the logs - maybe you have a restriction on resources consumption. Your site is quite heavy in terms of visuals - I'm not sure everything get's cached in the browser, so you might as well try using a lighter theme.
