When I attempt to upload a file to my gallery using batch upload, I get the error "unable to create thumbnail or reduce size image"
the images in question are 1024x768 and are all under 2mb in size.
this is a fresh install of coppermine, as the old version I had (1.9) suddenly up and died on me last night.
I have checked to make sure I have plenty of space on my domain (well over 350mbs at this exact moment)

nevermind- I was able to figure out the problem. in the image and file advance setting area I had to change it from using image magick to another setting. you can close this topic.
