Need help

I just adopt a website and the gallery is a mess, some pictures are missing and I have tried the file replacer plugin to replace them but its not working for me, can someone help me with this please?

It is very difficult to help when your gallery is offline.

By some files are missing, what do you meant, the full size file, the intermediate or just the thumbnail? Or is your gallery listing files that are just not there at all?

oops sorry lol I will put it online right away. the pictures are not there at all.
