[Solved]: Disabling bridging question
« on: February 22, 2008, 11:41:59 pm »

From what I can see, when disabling a bridge, you lose your members?  Basically, I bridged my phpbb2 forum to coppermine.  Now I am going to unbridge them and just leave coppermine.  Does this mean that all of the members will have to re-register?

This question is being covered in the docs. As people have issues understanding that we improved this documentation section for cpg1.5.x, so read up the preliminary documentation for cpg1.5.x, section "Coppermine users, groups and pics uploaded by users are lost when integrating", which explains in more detail what bridging does and what the impact of bridging/unbridging will have.
