Coppermine 1.4.10 works not at all

Hello,

almost a year ago I've installed Coppermine on my website. But since yesterday it works not. In firefox I can't see anything - just a blank page and IE shows Error 500: Internal server error. I've written to my hosting-provider and he said that I should contact support board.
