I was wondering if it was possible to create some sort of table that displays images posted on certain dates...

 for instance links that look like this:

February 2007
March 2007
April 2007
May 2007

and then have them display images taken from within that month in decending order.

I figure coppermine already dates all the images, The "Last uploads" table would be perfect for displaying them, it shows the image and what day it was posted. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm fairly knowlegable with PHP i just need a little guidence.

Thanks Joachim, i found a mod but it seems to be for the old 1.3.x coppermine. is this what you where referring too? or did i miss somthing?

Yes, the mod "Browsing Pictures by Date using Calendar" has been made for cpg1.3.x - you'll have to change it to make it work with cpg1.4.x
