Use more words to describe what you want to accomplish. Should static keywords be added on all pages, or dynamic ones? Posting a link to your gallery might be a good idea as well. If the URL from your profile (http://www.foter.net.ru/ - warning: link not worksafe) is correct, then you're out of luck: the page is deliberately hiding the "Powered by Coppermine" tag -> no support for you!

Answer my question: is http://www.foter.net.ru/ your gallery? If yes, then restore the footer permanently. You won't get support otherwise.

Look, it's my gallery, but it don't powered by Coppermine Photo Gallery... it's another CMS!

Sure, OK. Then where is your coppermine gallery located at that you're requesting help for? Post the link to your "other" gallery. If you don't have one, then why do you ask questions related to coppermine?
I'm editing out the reference to foter.net.ru in your profile - if it's not coppermine-related it doesn't belong there in the first place.
