[Solved]: First Level Category to Homepage?

What is the logic behind this? When you are inside the first level of categories, you cannot go back to the Homepage anywhere? Am I missing something? the XXX>XXX>XXX isn't there like it is once you are in an album?

This is because you don't have 'breadcrumb' specified in 'content of main page'.  Go into the config admin page, and add it to the list, like this, 'breadcrumb/catlist/alblist/......'
