URI/URL Uploads Problem!

When I upload photos on my hosting,everything is ok,but when I put URL of image  cant upload.Some error :
Error Message
1. http://img80.imageshack.us/img80/6997/nataabekvalac017zr1.jpg   Could not open URI.

Do I need something to do in settings or what !

1) This is not a chatroom. Allow time for people to reply.
2) Your 'powered by coppermine' footer is not visible, so you are not going to get much support anyway
3) The URI upload feature stores the file on your server. It is just the same as you downloading from their site and uploading it to yours.

No support .I was not hide "powered by coppermine".That is becouse of template ! I will fix that.But not my fol

We have a strict "one question per thread" policy that you agreed to respect when signing up. Closing and locking. Actual link to your gallery is http://traktor.my-place.us/nik/index.php, not that other URL (which is just a frameset definition) - don't try to play hide-and-seek with us.
Edit the class "footer" in your stylesheet to make the "Powered by Coppermine" tag visible.
