How do you set the pictures smaller and click them to enlarge?
Again it worked before but now all my pictures are their full size.

You have to have the setting 'Create intermediate pictures'set to yes, in config.
Also, they will only be created if the original pic is larger than the size you set for the intermediate pics.
If you change these settings, you will have to use the re-size tool, to build new intermediate pics.
