Project VII Theme - Scrollbar Problem

I have been using Coppermine 1.4.10 for a while and upgraded to 1.4.14. Only ever used the standard theme before but I thought I would check out the others and I noticed that all the themes that come with Coppermine display within the horizontal aspect of the screen except for Project VII which as soon as I load it causes a horizontal scrollbar to appear. I revert back to say Water Drop and the horizontal scroll bar disappears.

I thought I might have messed up the template.html file for Project VII so I deleted the entire theme directory and uploaded it again from the original CPG files, verified the files were all 1.4.14 and check Project VII and immediately the horizontal scrollbar comes back.

I am now wizard with html or php but what can be done to fix this?
