modifying display image layout

hello all,
I was wondering if someone could guide me in the right direction. I am interested in changing my display image layout to look like this: http://asingularcreation.com/Art/noreen-larinde1.htm

I want the description and fields to be on the right of the image and the comments to be below. What files do I need to modify to achive this? Can this be done in HTML? I am not very strong with php.
