--> Windows-Vista Fix of xp_publish.php

Hi!
I have done a Windows-Vista-Fix of the xp_publish.php with a short german description at the end of the file. You can translate it to your language if you want.

See atachement.

Oh, i did not konow that there was already a thread.

If you dont want the Vista-Description on every page of the wizard, please use the atached version.

Is this a bad idea to rename this Xp_Publish to Vista_Publish.php ?

Hmm, the best solution would be to rename it to windows_publish ... but i dont have tested if you have to change some things in the php-code if you rename it.

Here comes Update 2 of my file:
Please replace it with the file atached.

I have fixed a vistareg-download-error if the user isnt logged in.

Ok, i have tested renaming to windows_publish.php now.
Renaming is no problem. Upload and Regfile-Download works under XP and Vista.
