As I tried to get help earlier and don't have much time or the knowledge to figure this out myself.  If you take a look at my link below you will see how the comment and the description move the whole screen, I want both to automatically wrap so the screen stays win the middle and you do not have to scroll anywhere to read.  I tried a few things and it didn't seem to work so I hope you can help.

I can pay $10 via paypal to fix this and give me a text file on how to fix it.
I need this done as soon as possible.
