Can you move the butom de delete album, to another area, so pleople can't access it easy?
Just the fact that the possibility to delete the album is in your face, sometime you delete the album without thinking.
But if you have to go to special area to delete it, you think twice before doing that.
It's like be on the edge of a tall building. You fill the urge to jump.

This is a matter of theming imo. A similar answer applies that I posted as a reply to your other request:

The extra click needed for those who want to log out outweighs the benefit for the small minority who hit the button by mistake.

You could easily apply more JavaScript fancy stuff (more alerts) that makes it harder to delete the album.
I don't think that this feature will make it into the core, especially with personal galleries becoming less important in the future (cpg1.5.x) where users will be allowed to create albums in public categories if the admin decides to allow them to do so.
