So are we to open this to every pillock who likes to flame on boards anonymously.  Why, if you have a genuine reason to post, do you need to hide.  
If you don't like it, you could have sorted this yourself, which actually is easy using the features already there.

What do you want for free, your money back? Geeez.

Personally I'm appreciative that the folks who write Coppermine are willing to take the time to host a support board and assist their users.
