Seeking the assistance of an individual familiar with configuring a Members Only upload and viewing album within an existing coppermine setup.

Not sure why you're ready to pay for this. Can be done easily with the built-in mechamisms of coppermine. You just need to read the docs. If you still have questions after reading them, just ask your question on the free support board.

OK then, if you think that this will work better. However I don't believe that you will get away with someone else doing the reading of the docs for you and performing this simple one-time setting (on the groups control panel, you just need to click twice, so it's $5 for one click). Typing your request for help, sending the potential taker of the job the needed admin account and making sure that the payment will work will definitely take longer than just doing this for yourself. If you have someone do this for you, you still won't be able to administer your gallery once it's set up if you have no clue what is being explained in the docs.
Anyway, it's your decision to waste some bucks for nothing, so good luck.
