A bit help needed

By searching this forum for adsense i was able to add it above and below the intermediate image, but now i also want to display a skyscraper on the right side of the thumbnails page for both categories and albums, i could not find a thread which explains this in this forum, how to do it? and if you think this has been answered then please give the link to the post.
