How do I disable comments?

I don't want anybody to be able to leave comments. Please tell me how to disabe them completely. Thanks.

We do not delete any support thread , we keep them for reference to solve others people's issue with same problem
and it would be much better if you describe how did you solve yours.

BTW for others with same probelm:
The group control panel is your answer
By reading the manual you'll find that.
