Hello I am unable to add pictures to the gallery. I uploaded them thru ftp like other pictures and then when I go to batch add it just shows bunch of X's  and same thing if you click add. I tried using the http upload and says upload successful then I click continue and it goes to a "this page can not be diplayed" error. I have tried debugging and doing what the help docs saying but nothing works. Should I contact my web hosting tech support?

If you would have read at least one thread on this board you would have figured out that we tell all users who start threads similar to yours that they're suppossed to RTFM and do exactly as suggested there. We have a section in the docs named "asking for support on upload issues" for no apparent reasons...
