Problem with change of host
« on: November 09, 2007, 02:05:25 pm »

Hi guys, I just change of host, and after the change I started getting some problems with the cpmfetch. At the beginning it didnt retrieve the new photos, so I update to the newest version and then it get worst. Now it doesnt shoe any image at all. I dont know if there is a problem with the database, or what else. I use exactly the same paths and folder structure, i dont know whats wrong.

I use the cpmfetch in www.lacuadra-st.com
the gallery is in www.lacuadra-st.com/gallery

Ok, as I said before I change of host and change all the paths to the ones of my new host. But the cpmfetch doesnt work anymore. The weirdest thing is that the icon for the images appear with the name, let say, of the newest photo, but the actual photo doesn´t appear. Also fetch of text does work, the fetch of the pictures is the one that is not working properly. And I dont know why.

My page is www.lacuadra-st.com
My gallery is in www.lacuadra-st.com/gallery
And I use the cpmfetch on the main page, index.php, which has the following content.

Code: [Select]

this is on your own server?

I mean the path here seems to be the issue

Its not my server, I'm paying for the service. But if you mean that if the cpmfetch call and the gallery are in the same server, the answer is yes. The problem may be in the way that I change of hosting provider. I just made a copy of the databases and of the directory and paste them in the new server. Probably a file was created in the old one that had that path, probably I just have to change some stuff in that file, the thing is that I dont know waht file andwhat to change. As you have notice already I am a complete newbie.

I think you need to run the cpmfetch install again.
