fatal error: function user_access()

Hey, trying to help someone with their coppermine problem.
Apparently it used to be working fine, but after not accessing it for a while it now says:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: user_access() in /home/organid2/public_html/greengardeners/includes/menu.inc on line 1376

Any ideas? Thanks!

AFAIK there is no such file called menu.inc in includes folder of Coppermine.
Provide some more details. Have you moded the gallery? A link to the site will also be helpful.

After more research I've concluded this has nothing to do with coppermine. If you could delete this post, I would appreciate it.
