Onmogelijk te verplaatsen. == "impossible to move"
 

hi, after we were attacked and hacked via the coppermine, we tied down the permissions, but now, it's too tight ...

how must the permissions be ???

the edit folder must be 777 and not 755 , as in the documentattion

That's complete and utter nonsense. The docs don't say that. Wether you need 777 or 755 (or any other permission setting) entirely depends on your server setup. There can be no generic recommendation.
Do exactly as suggested in the docs, sections "upload troubleshooting" and "asking for support on uploading issues".
