user-to-user messaging

i have been searching for any mods, hacks or add-ons that would allow one Coppermine user to send and receive messages to or from other users. does anyone know of this type of sub-system??

if not, i would request it as a feature in a future edition. users of the Coppermine galleries might stick around sites longer if they could send private messages to other users.

NO SUPPORT in FEATURE REQUESTS. Your posting therefor shouldn't have gone into the feature requests board, but into the "regular" support board. Moving accordingly.
