Mail Form on "Image view" page for visitor

Hello, can anyone please help.


I'm sorry.   I can speak English only a little.   I am Japanese.


I hope for the following program.

"Mail form" for visitor to inquire administer of photograph on "Image view" page.

It hopes for "Picture Title" and "Picture Caption" to be reflected in "form" as well as the e-Card.

Moreover, it is hoped that "Thank you mail" is transmitted to those who
transmit automatically.

I cannot make php.

I would be grateful for help.

Enable "report to admin" in coppermine's config.

I changed "report to admin" to "yes", but nothing is reflected by the page.

What is originally reflected?

This setting is dependant on e-cards being enabled. Only users who have permission to send e-cards in the 'groups' settings are able to send reports. The report icon is hidden from those not allowed to do so.

I did not know that was provided with such a function!

I intend to try a change to the form that is necessary for my gallery.
When I do not understand it, I will ask you a question again.
