Photo Shop plugin 4 beginners - Another ?

I see the config link in the shop admin but that is only to edit the price if the photos.  Is there more admin settings for the shop that I can access without having to open the .php files on my harddrive and editing them?  I'm sorry.  I think I must be missing something :-)
