"The previous file could not be placed" error while uploading files to albums

I had a search for this error and found

I did exactly as per the document and the site is open for debug.

Seems to me like you over-edited core files (on the upload screen, the submit button shows two line break tags showing through for example). Upgrade to cpg1.4.13 and see if the error message goes away.

ok I will test that.. but now.. the site shows errors on the home page...and i cannot see any pages

I upgrated to cpg1.4.13 and modpack for cpg1.4.13, the error is no more there.
