a moderator profile

is there a way to make a moderator profile that has privilages to delete users and ban them along with pictures.

But doesnt have access to admin controls, and plugins or configurations....

????

im not really worried about pics and galleries.... I need a mod that can have user control...

No. Coppermine doesn't come with moderator capabilities. Only exception are the two existing moderator mods. Has been asked and answered very often already.
