Remove Gallery Name from site, not from title bar

I customized a theme I'm using. I am using a modified img file where I included my logo so I dont need to use the included "Gallery Name" in config, but I still want something to show up in the users title bar in their browser...

how do I disable the text from showing up on the website but keeping it in the title bar?

You can edit template.html and remove {GAL_NAME}
